Long ago,
a bitter extract of my staggering remembrance,
riding on the rainfall,
flowed to the ground,
a drop at a time,
and the pure and unctuous land
had continued to erode ever since.
My cave deep within
is where only myself echoes
as a remnant of the past
midst of a turbulent erosion.
With neither paved road
nor light in sight,
the approaching footsteps
were vague as an ancient dream.
Whole-heartedly embracing
the darkness hard to peer through,
tens and thousands of tear columns
sprouting in Stalactites and Stalagmites
are etched with persevering expectations.
Albeit forgotten place for many years,
water so pure and incomparable
still runs through the place –
Deep Within.
